Wrongful Death
Services provided to survivors of an individual whose death resulted from the wrongful act of another person, such as negligence (careless driving), intentional attack or assault, vehicular manslaughter, manslaughter or murder. Wrongful death is the basis for a lawsuit against the party or parties who caused the death, filed on behalf of the family members of the deceased who have lost the company and support of their relative.
